To establish a valid Positively Healthy Gifts customer account, please click on the *My Account* link on the Positively Healthy Gifts website. Select *Create an Account* to create your login and password. Registration can be completed within a few minutes!

How do I order internationally?
Orders shipping outside the 48 contiguous United States require special handling. International shipping costs are calculated based on a number of factors including the type, quantity and total weight of the item(s) ordered and the destination country postal code. Please contact us at +1 (888) 437-7286 for pricing. We are available Monday thru Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm eastern.
What shipping options do you offer?
Your order can be shipped via U.S. Postal Service Media Mail, Priority Mail and Express Mail or UPS Ground, 3-Day, 2nd Day and Next Day Air. Our available shipping options and your exact shipping and handling charges (and any applicable taxes) will be displayed during checkout.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed Monday thru Friday by 3:00 pm eastern will be shipped the next business day. Positively Healthy Gifts does not ship products on weekends or holidays. You will receive tracking information for your order by e-mail within 24 hours of shipment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa and MasterCard. We do NOT accept Credit Cards issued by a foreign bank or with a foreign billing address. Please Note: Your credit card will be charged immediately once your order is submitted.
Can I cancel my order?
Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, there is a short period of time in which you may cancel your order. You may choose to cancel your entire order or a portion of your order as long as the order has not been shipped. You may cancel your order by calling +1 (888) 437-7286 Monday thru Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm eastern. Cancelled orders will be credited in the original form of payment used when the order was placed.
How do I return a product to Positively Healthy Gifts?
If you have received items that you are not satisfied with, please call our Customer Care Department at +1 (888) 437-7286 to initiate an exchange or credit. You may also email us at customercare@positivelyhealthygifts.com. A Customer Care Representative must authorize refunds and returns in advance. Refunds will exclude shipping fees.
How secure is Positively Healthy Gifts site?
Positively Healthy Gifts understands that you want to know how information about you is used. We recognize the importance of protecting your credit card information. Positivelyhealthygifts.com is equipped with Secure Socket Layer (SSL) software so your personal information (name, address, credit card etc.) is encrypted during the transmission process and can only be read by our Customer Care Department.
